Extrusion
We offer production of own plastic profiles and sections and mass-coloured profiles extrusion services, as well as decorating of profiles with films in various colours, supplied by Kurz (Germany).
We use Metalchem extrusion lines. The range of extruded profiles offered is very extensive. We are capable of producing various profile extrusion designs based on a provided drawing or pattern.
Coating
We use our own powder coating plant and a modern wet coating plant for spray painting of plastic parts. We offer paint coats in all colours and hues according to RAL.
Injection moulding
We offer comprehensive services in injection moulding of plastics, from design or drawing delivery to a ready-to-use product coloured in mass, spray coated or with metallic coating in almost any colour.
We use hi-tech injection moulding equipment with high efficiency. We look forward to working with you.
Multi-roller lines forming
We use state-of-the art, highly efficient multi-head metal strip roll formers. Trying to adapt to the growing requirements of today’s market economy and our customers’ expectations, we produce steel profiles with various shapes and purpose.
Our offer is addressed mainly to entrepreneurs from the furniture industry. We also accept manufacturing orders for profiles with customised shape.
